Step Up to the Plate: Open Women’s Baseball Training Session (2)
As we move into the 2025 season, the London Mets will be running a second women's training session separate from the rest of our winter training programme. This is open to all women regardless of if you played another team or are new to the sport. This session will focus on hitting!

About the Event
The London Mets Baseball Club is excited to invite you to the second Step Up to the Plate women’s baseball training session! Whether you’re already a member, a fan of the sport, or just curious to try something new, this is your chance to hit the field, hone your skills, and be part of the growing women’s baseball movement.
This open session will be held at the 108 in Brent Cross. This session will be hitting focused with a batting cage and bullpen hired for 1.5 hours from 7-8:30pm. Please do your best to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session to make the most of our booking.
Please note the bar will open after the session for post-training fun if you want to stick around.
